Monthly rates effective August 1st, 2025
1st, 2nd, 3rd - $1200.00
4 months- $4320.00
5 months - $5100.00
6 months - $5760.00
Effective August 1st, 2025 Annual rate $7700.00
Extra car storage is limited, $100/month
Monthly & Annual Rates, includes WATER,SEWER & TRASH. Electric billed on a monthly basis.
Additional stay (IF AVAILABLE) will be prorated at the regular monthly rate.
Rates are based on two (2) persons per space,
Daily Guests: No Charge
We do not offer daily and weekly stays
Deposits - due at time of reservation by CC, (V, MC or Discover), cash or check
Monthly: $250.00
Balance: Remaining balance (for entire stay) is due by check or cash only upon arrival
Cancellation policy:
No refunds for early departures
Early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated and fees will be billed accordingly
Late arrivals are responsible for the date requested
Monthly – Refund with a 90 day notice prior to arrival minus a $50 Admin. fee
Cancellation less than 90 days before arrival will receive no refund
OWS is a senior park with a minimum age requirement of 55 for one resident and at least 35 years of age for the second resident.
