Orangewood Shadows is a senior park with a minimum age requirement. |

Pets: Dogs not allowed. Cats and other indoor pets are accepted. |

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to your reservation start date, your deposit is refunded less
a $25 administrative fee. |

No refunds on daily/weekly reservation deposits. |

Provided your stay is at least 30 days, all additional days or weeks will be pro-rated at the regular monthly rate. |
